We ship worldwide.
What is the material of the products?
We carry a wide range of products from many different makers. The porcelain ceramics are made from a locally sourced mixture of clay minerals. Some of our products are made of cast iron, glass, wood, bamboo and other natural materials.
How long does it take to ship?
10-15 working days (depending on product availability). To see more, go to Shipping Information section below.
How much is the shipping cost?
It depends on quantity and location. We can only give you shipping cost at the quoting process, once we know the product and quantity.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes, our MOQ is 10 pieces per SKU. This depends on the design. Applies to wholesale customers. (We do not sell our products to private customers or for personal use.)
Do you take payment with a credit card?
Our preferred method is Bank Transfer. But yes, we accept credit card payment securely via Paypal only.
Can I see some samples?
Unfortunately, we have suspended our samples service due to COVID-19. We will provide an update as soon as this service resumes.
Do you take custom orders?
We require a large amount of quantity in order to get them custom-made. Please contact us at to discuss your needs.
Do you sell kitchenware, knives or other utensils?
Yes, we do sell commercial kitchenware. Please send us an email to enquire further.
Are your products dishwasher safe?
Majority of our products are made for commercial use. They are dishwasher safe but we do recommend for certain products ie; wood-ware to be hand-washed.
I don’t have a business. Can I still buy your products?
Unfortunately we do not sell to  private sales customers or for personal use customers . We only sell to businesses and trade.

How to place an order

Provide business details through our website’s contact form.
Fill in our contact form. Provide business details which include your name, business name, email, business address. If you have not set up your business, please send us an email and provide us with additional information.
Receive catalogue
Once we have received your business information, we will then send a link for you to download our Catalogue.
Quote/Price List
To get a quote, send us an email listing the product codes (including product name will be better) and quantities you are after. Please make sure that the product codes you provided are correct. If there are products from our Instagram that you are interested in, please send us screenshots.
Place Order
If you wish to proceed, email us to approve the quote. We will then send you an invoice. By signing the quote, you have agreed to proceed with the purchase and agrees to the terms and conditions it follows. Subsequently, an invoice will be sent to you and needs to be paid in full prior to orders & delivery.


Occasionally, products may be sold out or discontinued by the maker. When this happens, we will inform you and proceed with the remainder of your order. We could also provide you with an alternative option. 

Payment Methods

We accept payments through Bank Transfer or Paypal. Details on payment methods will be mentioned in the invoice.

Customs and Duty

Please be aware, depending on the Country in which you reside, you may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on receipt.

All products are sold on a Delivery Duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on receipt. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing any orders for international shipping. Please note that many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products or materials and it is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for shipping outside Japan. You will be responsible for any and all Customs fees and taxes incurred in shipping outside the delivery. 

Shipping Information

We ship internationally via UPS Express and/or your Country’s local courier depending on your location. You will receive tracking details regarding the status of your shipping after your order is despatched. Shipping generally takes 10-15 working days to your country (depending on product availability).

How long does shipping take?
After payment is made, it generally takes approximately 10-15 working days for the available products to be packed and shipped. There may be delays due to Covid19. We will update you on the status of your order. We will provide you with a tracking code once your order has been dispatched.
If the products are in backorder, we are able to do partial shipments. Available products will be shipped first and the remaining will be shipped once they become available, at no additional shipping cost.
Can I re-direct/re-deliver my order?
Once your order has been despatched, you will be given UPS Express tracking code. You will need to contact UPS directly to organise this. This may incur additional fees and lengthen delivery time. So please ensure correct delivery address and access details are provided to Kurieto Tableware prior to shipment. Please be mindful that it will incur additional charges if your order comes back to us and needs to be resent.

Return/Refund Policy

You must inspect the Product(s) on delivery. If a product is damaged at the time of delivery, you should notify us within 10 days of delivery to with photo proof and description, and we will evaluate and consider whether a product replacement or credit is applicable. We do not accept any exchange, refunds or returns.

Our publication may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without notice.

Features and specifications of Products described or depicted are subject to change without notice. All weights and dimensions mentioned are approximate. Product colour, appearance, feel of the goods can differ to your computer/tablet/laptop or handheld mobile device screens to how they appear in reality. Some of our goods are produced using natural materials. Colour, appearances, distinctive mark of these materials can differ from batch to batch.
